Launched in 2015, the Irish Accountancy Awards is acknowledged as the premier event in Ireland for benchmarking excellence in the accountancy profession. The award recognises the part qualified accountant working in industry, practice, public sector or financial services that can best demonstrate excellence beyond that which is normally expected from a team member.
Zoë, a graduate in Finance from Queen’s University Belfast, was one of the first participants on Heritage’s Belfast-based student placement program. She has recently completed her ACCA qualification, most notably ranking third in the UK and Ireland in her examinations on two occasions.
Gerry Warwick, Head of Operations for Heritage UK and Ireland said, “We are thrilled with Zoë’s achievement at the Irish Accountancy Awards. Zoë is a valued member of the accounts team in Belfast, having joined the student program in 2012, through to her most recent promotion to Fund Accountant. We are delighted that Zoë’s hard work and dedication over the past year, particularly demonstrated through her excellent track record of exam results, has been recognised through this prestigious award.”
