Recruitment : Kevin Roberts

Kevin spent a number of years working in marketing, business development and human resources for the States of Guernsey’s Commerce and Employment Department before moving to Heritage in 2006 to assume the role of HR Director.

Kevin’s interests include DIY and sports - especially football (although owning up to being a West Ham fan is becoming increasingly difficult!).

Qualifications and accreditations: post graduate certificate in professional management, post graduate diploma in personnel management, member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
