Fund Administration Services : David Dorey

David began his offshore financial services career in 1994 with a large bank-owned international trust business before moving into the fund administration arena with Guernsey International Fund Managers Limited. In 2001 David joined a major European Private Equity firm based in London undertaking various corporate control, compliance and investment support activities. David returned to Guernsey in 2003 to establish one of the first offshore Private Equity middle offices.

In 2009 David joined a Channel Island based Law Firm-owned fiduciary and fund services group as a director of their Guernsey business.

David joined Heritage International Fund Managers Limited (HIFM) as Head of Private Equity in 2012. His role is to provide operational support to the Directors of HIFM and the client teams in all aspects of HIFM’s private equity administration business.

David is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Additionally David has Bachelor and Masters degrees in Applied Geology and a Masters degree in Corporate Governance.
