About The Heritage Group : Richard Tee

Having originally worked as a naval architect, Richard gained an MBA from Warwick in 1989 and took his life and career in a new direction, moving to Guernsey and joining the original Polygon operation.

Richard was part of the team that led the Heritage Group management buy-out in 2001 and he became Group Chief Executive in 2008.  

Richard is a keen sailor and skier.
