Heritage Insurance Brokers, in conjunction with Aspen Insurance UK, are hosting a seminar on Non-Executive Directors' (NED) Insurance.
It is a pro-active and practical look at some implications to the Non-Executive Director (‘NED’) Community.
To be or not to be liable; that is the question……investigations and allegations are not always easy; or cheap to deflect.
Defending your position can be very traumatic – can personal insurance assist?
A Corporate Directors & Officers (‘D&O’) policy may not always lead to utopia for the various interested parties.
