  8. Insurance Valuations: We have a facility in place with a third party provider (from £175 + VAT) which provides an insurance valuation, in addition to comments on period to rebuild, state of the premises, occupation, etc.
  9. Size does not matter: HGIB’s participation in the Insurance of Property Owners risks are varied and range from single private domestic houses to large property portfolios with 100’s of properties.
  10. Audit: As the name implies, one of our most successful services offered, is an insurance evaluation which looks at security of insurer, wordings, sums insured, third party contractors cover, etc in a full and written report. This allows clients to concentrate on their core business, which is definitely not insurance.
