Heritage Corporate Services provides a comprehensive range of aviation administrative, support and management services from its Guernsey headquarters. The company currently manages private and corporate aircraft valued in excess of $450m on behalf of an international client base and it has propagated extensive networks throughout the aviation industry with manufacturers and regulatory authorities as well as professional service providers.

This robust infrastructure affords us the resources, expertise and connections to manage all the operational and insurance requirements of aircraft ownership. We have expertise in acquisitions, disposals, sales, leasing and offshore registration (including US ‘N’ register, Cayman ‘VP’ register and the Isle of Man ‘M’ register). We can arrange the importation of aircraft for free circulation throughout the European Union and ensure that your aircraft has all the necessary documentation.

Through our long–standing relationships with key aviation insurance providers, we can ensure that all the necessary policies are in place including aircraft and crew cover. The team is also well versed in establishing bespoke corporate ownership structures for private and commercial turbine, jet and rotor wing aircraft.

In 2008 Heritage Corporate Services forged a strategic partnership with asset finance company Lombard, which opened the field for us to add aircraft finance to our range of services. This development was born out of our determination to be an efficient partner throughout the whole business of aircraft ownership — from identifying the right aircraft to crew payroll.

Our aviation arm comprises self–confessed plane enthusiasts and it is their individual passion coupled with a strong group dynamic that is key to the firm’s success in this area.
